1. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- International Shipping: We currently not ship to [LIST OF COUNTRIES, e.g., the US, Canada, UK]. International shipping charges and customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: The SENSiTiVE is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and file a claim.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of our beauty products and for reasons of hygiene, all sales are FINAL except in the case of damaged or defective items.
- No Buyer’s Remorse Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products based on dissatisfaction or change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- Damaged or Defective Items: We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us immediately at thesensitive.online@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Required Documentation: Please include your order number and photographs of the item’s condition and the original packaging.
- We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund after reviewing the photographic evidence. You will not be required to return the damaged item.
3. Refunds
Refunds for damaged/defective items will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the funds to clear in your account.
